Dubai is one of the seven Emirates in UAE. It is known as the commercial capital of the country. Dubai has attractions, entertainment, nightlife, dining, culture, shopping ... This city is a cornucopia of what each person wants.
We have a a lot to see in this commercial capital of UAE , starting from Burj Khlaifa - tallest building in the world to Dubai shopping mall - largest shopping mall in the world.
We started our journey from India to Dubai on a Friday and we reached around morning. This time it was a one week trip. When you are going to Dubai you should plan in advance , else you might miss some things like entry pass discounts to Burj Khalifa , Hot air balloon rides. Aquarium entry pass discounts etc.
We landed Dubai around 10 am in the morning and we took the stay in Kuwait Street , we had planned to stay here since we have a metro station at a walk-able distance. From our aprtment we could see almost all the main landmarks of Dubai like Burj Khalifa- this you can see from anywhere in Dubai ;) , Dubai Frame , Emirates Towers etc. We roamed around our locality , it was a very beautiful locality with lot of Indian restaurants, beautiful houses etc. Zabeel park was nearby and we walked till there and that night we went to Dubai Frame- biggest frame on earth.
We have opted for the big bus tours for our whole trip , we took a 5 day pass with big bus tours . They were having 3 major routes which connects almost all of Dubai and they have some add on trips like Sharjah tour , dessert safari , night tour, Flamingo tour etc.

The first half of the second day we took the tour around the city. You will love the city and will be amazed to see the greenery and beautiful flowers around this dessert city.
This tour take us around Dubai Museum(They give tickets free), Old Souk Heritage Village , Gold Souk ,Spice Souk , Riviera , Diera City Center The Dubai Mall , Burjuman Mall, Wafi mall etc. You will see the whole city with a half day if you are not getting down at any place. This afternoon we planned for the Dessert safari , the must safari when you are in Dubai . There are lots of Dessert safari organizers in Dubai. You can book with any of them , they will pick you up from the hotel and they take you to the dessert. That was one wonderful trip , both the sides are filled with red sand dunes and a road that never ends . The sun is shining and the sands are giving a tight competition to sun reflecting back to sun :) .
Once we reach a bit , we have started our desert safari in a Land Cruise. That safari was one wonderful experience - the shaky shaky experience. The drover will drive and bash through the sand dunes and splash the sand ride from one Dune to another. This experience you can get only if you do this one once in your life. This safari will take you to the inner Desserts , here there will be a camp where you can sit an enjoy the Arabian nights and sunset in desert . In this dessert camp you can get to see Belly dance , tanura show , fire show , camel ride through the dessert , free mehendi tattoo, eagle interaction etc. The sunset in the sand dunes is really beautiful and
